Troubleshooting

Learning portal unavailable

What the catalog unavailable page means and how to fix it.

If you open a vanity or custom catalog host and see Learning portal unavailable — *"This organization doesn't have a public course catalog enabled yet."* — catalog is not enabled for that organization (or the host is not linked correctly).

What to do

  1. Confirm you used the correct hostname for your organization.
  2. Ask your Mentor admin / Mentor contact to enable catalog for the tenant.
  3. For custom domains, confirm DNS CNAME and domain status with Mentor.
  4. Use app.mentorhq.com for signed-in learning while catalog is offline.

This page is expected when catalog is off — it is not a general outage banner.
