Studio settings

Studio → Settings — *"Seats, InsightHire bridge, and network readiness for the brand."* The page requires settings or people permissions.

Seats

Shows Plan {plan} · {n} active seats / {limit} (or (unlimited)), any grace seats, and badges for the feature flags enabled on your workspace. See Seats and plan usage for how counting works.

Courseware storefront

When the public catalog is enabled, this section shows your live portal link and explains self-enrollment. Courses are listed from the course builder — see List a course in your catalog.

Mode

Change the organization mode (simple / structured / franchise) — the same setting as Admin → Organization → Mode & structure. *"Franchise mode unlocks network rollups and network-locked standards."* Requires org settings permission. See Mode and structure.

InsightHire bridge

Connect an InsightHire org so hire events create learners and assign onboarding automatically. Enter the IH org id and an optional Default program, then Connect bridge. Once connected you can map InsightHire skill keys to Mentor capabilities (Map skill) and watch Recent events. Incoming webhooks are signed and verified.

Readiness (network)

Franchise-mode organizations see Avg ready {n}% across {n} locations with per-location ready percentages. If you see *"Network rollup needs franchise mode or network flag."*, the organization is not in Franchise mode — see Mode and structure.

Organization branding and people management remain under app Admin, not Studio.
