App, Studio, Admin, and catalog hosts — and when to use each.

Marketing pages live on www.mentorhq.com. Signing in from marketing always takes you into the product app, not the marketing site.

Which app do I need?

  • Complete work (courses, documents, forms, proofs) → learner app
  • Approve work (proof review, form approvals) → learner app, Approvals
  • Manage people, roles, locations, branding → learner app, Admin
  • Create and publish content, assign work, read reports → Studio
