Wrong organization or missing work
Switch workspaces and verify assignments are in the active org.
If Home looks empty or branding looks unfamiliar:
- Open Settings → Workspaces and select the correct organization. Enrolling in another company's public catalog adds their workspace to your list — that is often the surprise entry.
- Confirm with your admin that you are an active member (not disabled) under Admin → People.
- Confirm work was assigned in that organization from Studio — assignments never cross organizations.
- Sign out and sign in again if the workspace list looks stale.
If a course or program shows Unavailable even in the right workspace, it may have been unpublished — ask the author to republish or reassign.
