Branding not showing

Logo or colors missing in app, catalog, or email.

  1. Confirm you edited Admin → Organization → Branding in the correct workspace.
  2. Confirm you actually chose Save branding — uploads and edits are not live until saved (you should have seen Branding saved.).
  3. Hard-refresh the learner app.
  4. For logos, confirm the upload succeeded (*Logo uploaded — save branding to apply*) or that the logo URL loads in a private browser window. Remember one logo source wins: a URL replaces an upload and vice versa.
  5. Catalog branding only appears on catalog hosts / catalog pages.
  6. Sign-in screens are not tenant-branded from Organization Branding.
  7. Email changes apply to newly sent messages (invite / digest), not historical mail.

If colors look default, your accent may still be Mentor blue until saved.
