Open Admin → Organization → Branding → Identity.

Wordmark

Short brand text (up to 80 characters). It appears in the app chrome and catalog header, and is the fallback everywhere a logo would show when no logo is set — rendered in your primary color.

Logo file (upload)

Upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP, or SVG with Logo file. After the upload finishes you will see *Logo uploaded — save branding to apply*; the logo is not live until you choose Save branding. Uploaded logos are served from a stable Mentor URL, so you do not need to host the file yourself.

Alternatively, paste a public https:// image URL. Entering a URL replaces any uploaded file, and uploading a file clears the URL — one logo source wins.

Sizing recommendations

• The catalog header renders the logo at 36 px tall; emails use up to 140 px wide. Provide an image that stays crisp around 40 px height — SVG or a 2× PNG works well.
• Use a transparent background so the logo sits cleanly on light surfaces.
• Wide horizontal lockups fit the header better than tall stacked marks.

Fallback order

Uploaded logo → logo URL → wordmark (in primary color) → organization name.
