Home

Home is the first screen after sign-in on app.mentorhq.com. The header reads Welcome back with your first name, and the page is built around one job: show the next thing that keeps you ready.

Next action

The Next action card shows the single clearest item that needs you — the open assignment with the earliest due date. It shows:

• The assignment title and a type badge — Document, Form, Proof, Course, or Program
• A Due {date} badge when a due date is set — red when past due, amber when upcoming
• A Continue button that opens the work directly

Also open

Below the next action, Also open lists up to seven more open assignments with their type, status, and due date, each with its own Continue button. The All tasks link at the bottom opens the full Tasks page.

Coach

When a proof or practice loop needs attention, a Coach card appears with a short focus message — for example *"Show what you can do — open your next proof."* — and an Open proof button. When nothing needs practice, the card is hidden.

Setup checklist (admins)

Admins see a Finish setting up your org checklist until every item is complete: Add a location, Invite a teammate, Set branding, Build content in Studio (or Publish content in Studio), and Assign first work. Each incomplete item has a Go or Open button that takes you to the right place.

All caught up

If you have no open assignments, Home shows You're all caught up — *"No open assignments right now. Check Learn, or manage your org in Admin."* — with a Go to Learn button (and Admin for admins).

Choosing a workspace

If you belong to more than one organization, Home first shows Choose your organization so you can pick the workspace to work in. See Profile and workspaces for switching later.
