Invite problems

Invite email missing, expired, or user stuck as invited.

Invitee never got the email

  • Confirm the address in Admin → People — the subject line to search for is *"You're invited to {organization}"*.
  • Ask them to check spam.
  • The email is a convenience, not a requirement: they can simply open app.mentorhq.com and Sign in with the invited email address. The workspace appears automatically.

Status stays invited

They need to complete sign-in once with the invited email. After a successful sign-in, status becomes active. Note that invited members do not consume a seat until they activate.

Invite fails to send

  • Seat limit reached ({n}). — your plan's active seats are full; see Seats and plan usage.
  • Invite failed — check the email address format and retry.

Already belongs to another org

Users can belong to multiple workspaces. After sign-in, they switch under Settings → Workspaces — no second account needed.
