Readiness reports

Open Studio → Reports — *"Is the store ready — not how many courses were clicked."* Reports require the Manage assignments permission (assign:manage).

Readiness stats

Use the location selector (All locations or one site) to scope the numbers:

Stat	What it measures
Ready %	Completed assignments as a share of all active assignments in scope
Open	Assignments still pending, in progress, submitted, or failed
Overdue	Open assignments past their due date
Expiring	Credentials expiring soon

With a single location selected, Save snapshot stores the current readiness numbers so you can track the trend over time.

Risk list (14 days)

The Attention section lists everything at risk in the next 14 days — overdue assignments plus credentials that are expiring or already expired — with the person and item for each. When clear: No open risks — *"Nothing overdue or expiring in this window."*

Export risks CSV downloads the same list as mentor-risks-{date}.csv for follow-up outside Mentor.

Program funnel

Under Funnel → Program stall, pick a program to see {n} enrolled · {n}% program complete and where people drop off. The Highest stall line names the step losing the most people — the place to focus coaching or fix content. If the program is too new to show a pattern you will see No stall signal yet.

Franchise networks

Organizations in Franchise mode also get a network readiness rollup across locations on Studio → Settings — see Mode and structure.
